Is there a permanent cure for ic/bps?

No: There is no permanent cure for ic but in some patients the disease seems to resolve over time. Some patients will have flares of the disease with symptoms coming & going over time. Others will have symptoms resolve for the most part over time. Still others will have persistent symptoms to some degree.
