A member asked:

If i am an organ donor, will that affect the quality of my medical care?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

NO: Your status as an organ donor does affect medical care, it only says how your body body will be handled when you are totally brain dead or actually dead. Your being an organ donor is really instructions about your wishes to those who will be responsible for you when you die.
