No: Absolutely not. For kidneys, about 40% of kidney recipients receive a kidney from a living kidney donor who may be a friend, relative, spouse, etc. Living donation of liver lobes can also be performed, albeit with some increased risk. For kidneys, if you are healthy and have two normal kidneys, you can donate. This can have a tremendously positive impact on another person.
