How do i find out if i could have hashimoto's disease?

Thyroid testing: If there is a family history of it, or you have signs of hypothyroidism, then talk with your doctor. They can do antibody testing to see if you have it. However you're thyroid hormone levels will usually be off. If those are normal, you're probably ok.
