Inhaling it: F. Tularensis has been reported in birds, reptiles, fish, invertebrates and mammals including humans. Infection can occur via skin (ulceroglandular), inhalation (pneumonic) as well as oropharyngeal and conjunctival infections. People who inhale bacteria-containing aerosol from carcasses= are most at risks (lawn mowers, gardeners, labworkers).
