Puffy eye lid: In most cases, puffy, tender and red swelling of your upper and/or lower eyelid is usually an indication there is an infection. Sometimes, the swelling can be accompanied by discharge in the corner of your eye. Depending on the severity of your pain, you may or may not want to seek medical attention immediately.

Eye is sore on the outer corner. I thought perhaps a stye, i do not have a bump on outer lid and cannot see one on the inside. Pain when i touch lid.
Been having dry, itch eyes. Now have sore lower lid in corner. Also have swelling in nose close to top. No other symptoms beside post nasal drip.
