Anyone aware of a site that lets doctors see, recognize the odd leg rash?

No: It is difficult ot evaluate a rash only from an email, and there are subtle changes that you can see in person that a two dimensional image misses. You also may need to skin biopsy for diagnosis. If this persists and does not respond to over the counter products see dermatologist before this becomes worse.
