Try CBT: It depends. Do not just wait for it to go away. Get some help. A psychologist trained in cbt can teach you how to better understand and control your emotional feelings. Cbt teaches you to think in a healthy way which can help you focus on reality and control the stress hormones like adrenaline that may cause that usually cause that feeling of unreality.
