Where can i find a doctor that gives only the dt (not dpt) vaccine?

Anywhere.: Any doctor can order the dt shot -- however, the "p" in DPT is pertussis (whooping cough), which is no picnic. The only reason to get the dt instead of the DPT is a prior allergic reaction to the pertussis component of the vaccination. Your children should be immunized against all 3 viruses, unless there is a good reason not to.

Any doctor..........: Any doctor who gives immunizations will give the DTP vaccine. Unless you have received one dtap vaccine in adulthood, it is recommended that all adults receive one dose of this to protect (mostly) children from contracting pertussis, which we carry. After the single dose, only dt is recommended from then on. Children should absolutely receive the dtap vaccine.

Why dont you wantDPT: Pertussis(whooping cough)is a serious condition and is showing resurgence of this condition and all children are adviced to be immunised against pertussis with 5 doses of DTP in fiest four to five years age, and booster as tdap is given at age 11.And all adults are adviced to be immunised against pertussis with a single dose of tdap at any age and not dt alone which does not contain pertussis.
