Baking soda: Is a gentle dentifrice that works very well, and you probably already have a box in your fridge! if that doesn't work, consider a professional cleaning and/or whitening.

Bleaching: It really depends on the type of staining. If you have white scarring then you may need a procedure called icon or even dental restorations such as fillings, veneers, or crowns. If the teeth are stained darker then maybe a bleaching will help. You should consult with your dentist and orthodontist to discuss options.

Scar vs stain: Discoloration usually due to marginal oral hygiene while braces were on. If teeth stained, the discoloration can be removed with a good dental cleaning perhaps followed by bleaching. If the teeth have been decalcified (damaged) the white discoloration will need restorative treatment. Ask your orthodontist to coordinate with your family dentist for the best rx plan.

Personal consult: There are many ways, some simple and inexpensive and others more complicated and expensive. You need to consult with a dentist who can actually examine you and discuss your options. The internet can afford many people with excellent information, but this on one of those situations requiring a one on one consultation.

See your Dentist: If stained from smoking, coffee, tea, etc, your dentist can polish away the stains. If scarred, decalcified, etched, cavities because of compromised oral hygiene, your dentist will have to do restorations. In either case there's nothing you can purchase at the drug store, no pill, no rinse, no tooth paste, no button on the computer, that can help. See a pro, your dentist, for help.

MI paste: Talk to your dentist about this. Sometimes using mi paste can help remineralze the white spots. If the spots are extensive then restorations are. Enters may be the only solution.

Not from the braces: If teeth not kept 100% spotlessly clean! may have damage next to the braces. If you eat hard, sticky, chewy foods and damage "glue" may get damage behind the braces. But the braces themselves cause no damage. So it's up to you. Follow your orthodontic specialist's instructions to the letter and you should have no problems. You'll love your new smile!

How can I fix decalcified teeth from braces?

May be too late: Braces don't cause decalcification. It's caused by acid producing bacteria that's not cleaned off the teeth during orthodontic care. There are some remineralizing agents available, but if the damage is severe restorations may be required. Talk solutions over with your family dentist.
