Difficult: Based on the cements used for brackets these days, unless the enamel was defective at the time of cementation, i would expect the teeth to be the same. Leakage of the cement would be seen as a browning at the edges and could indicate result in surface decay if not removed and recemented when observed. Hope this helps.
