Plus depends on one's sensitivity, i.e., some patients feel every irregular beat, some don't feel any even if sustained. Some causes are intrinsic (diseases) or extrinsic (caffeine, stimulant medications, hormonal, psychological/stress). The latter causes often last shorter if avoided.
