Blood in anus no sexual intercourse?

Not normal: Blood from the rectum/anus is not normal - ever. It may be as simple as hemorrhoids but you should get it evaluated by your physician just to be sure. It could also be a fissure, infection, constipation, or worse - cancer. If there is a lot of bleeding or clots, go to the doctor or er asap. And, yes, anal intercourse can sometimes cause bleeding primarily by tears/fissures.

Anal Awareness: Blood around the anus can be due to several possible causes. A small tear called a fissure is very common following passage of hard stool. If you have hemorrhoids, which can be small and unnoticeable until they bleed, this could also be a cause. If neither of these apply, it is worth obtaining an examination. Tumors (both cancerous and non-cancerous) can bleed with normal stools.

Hemorrhoids: Blood from the anus particularly if it's bright red is often a sign of hemorrhoids. Internal ones are generally painless, external ones can be painful. Also this could be a sign of a rectal or anal fissure or tear.
