light brown skin spots on my wrists?

1 doctor answer
Dr. S. Yvonne Conner
43 years experience General Practice
Sun Protection: These brown spots are in sun exposed area and are generally pre-cancerous lesions or actino keratosis. Using sun block and wearing a hat would be helpful to reduce their occurance. If the area begins to enlarge then have it evaluated.
