Sun Protection: These brown spots are in sun exposed area and are generally pre-cancerous lesions or actino keratosis. Using sun block and wearing a hat would be helpful to reduce their occurance. If the area begins to enlarge then have it evaluated.

See your local Face: Specialist. You have lots of options depending in your specific appearance. Topical treatments may help, but chemical peels or laser treatments are often very effective at improving skin tone, texture and eliminating pigment issues. Also, while most "brown spots" are signs of sun damage, melanoma can show up as a brow spot. Not enough space here, look up "melanoma abcd" for more info.
