Many Causes: There are many reasons for that: lack of ovulation is the most common which can occur for many different hormonal reasons. Pcos can be a cause. Thyroid disease, etc. Problems such as scar tissue in the uterus can cause that as well. So if it persists it is important to see an obgyn.
