What happens with two pacemakers?

Not sure: Not sure why you would have two pacemakers... Usually only one is left in place when you have a generator or battery change. Perhaps you mean a dual chamber pacemaker which means there are two wires -- one is in the atrium and one in the ventricle.

More info needed: What do you mean? We never leave two pacemakers active in the same patient. Each would sense the others' activity and abnormal behavior of both would result.
