Alieve or Motrin: The name brands for Naproxen or Ibuprofen at the normal doses work pretty well. The usual cautions about nsaid's apply so if you have Aspirin "allergies" or stomach ulcers you shouldn't take nsaid's. If these don't work for you, you need to get medical evalution.
