Thought all us citizens are eligible for medicare. told not so. why would someone not be? also can they ever take it away from someone enrolled in it?

Paid in: Medicate is given to disabled citizens if diagnosed as child otherwise it is earned by paying into the system. Part b the part that pays doctors requires a monhly payment when eligible. If you get medicare early due to soc security disability and later setermined not disabled then medicare is cancelled.
