Damage blood vessels: Uncontrolled HTN causes dangerous blood movement in the vessels(arteries and veins) throughout the body. Specifically for your eyes, if the blood pressure is so high, these vessels will be damage and possible explode in your eye sockets. This damage in these eye vessels will lead to visual impairment and eventually can lead to blindness.
