Red Spot on chin: Without seeing the spot, it is difficult to say exactly what it is. There are a number of possibilities ranging from an inflamed oil gland or hair follicle, rosacea, or an enlarged blood vessel. If it concerns you, then i would recommend having a physician look at it.
