Had total revers shoulder rtpacement 10 months ago my pain was at12 at a scale from 1to 10 my pain level now is 5to 6 but is useless can't danything ?

Should be better: What does your surgeon have to say about your function and pain? If you are not happy with the response, seek a 2nd opinion.

Painful reverse: You should be reevaluated by your surgeon. If nothing is identified or done, get a second opinion by a shoulder specialist. There are numerous explanations, too many to explain without more info. Good luck.
