Anemia,Depression: Patient needs full history and exam with some basic lab. There are several basic problems that might lnclude these symptons. Then patient may need more extensive work up. If patient seems to be anemic or depressed treatment may be started and followed to save cost on further test also follow glucose levels.

Diet: By far the commonest cause of this is bad diet, particularly all the sugary "junk" , pop (also diet), ice cream, deserts etc. If so stop them all and eat "god made" food. Try a well rounded multivitamin.
