Simple: Simple non pharmacologic maneuvers include supprt stockings and increased salt and water intake. Med such as midodrine and flouronef can also be used.

While a young person of low body weight and small size may feel fine with a BP of 90/65, an older person might be sick at this level. Many medical issues can cause symptomatic hypotension including endocrine problems such as a sluggish thyroid and anemia.
