Prob, blepharospasm: You are describing what sounds very much like blepharospasm, an intermittent twitching of one or other eye that cannot control. Most commonly, it is due to general fatigue, period of poor sleeping, stress. Get more rest, eat well, try to reduce stress. Likely it will go away within 1-2 weeks. If it doesn't, well, you know...

Eyelid twitching: Eye irritation from any cause, stimulant use such as caffeine/ amphetamines/ cocaine, lack of sleep, excessive stress, neurologic disease, and other issues. Correcting these issues should be curative.
