Depends: Ovulation usually occurrs within 2 weeks after your period starts. An egg is released from the ovary and may or may not find its way into the fallopian tube. It usually does not implant into the uterus unless it becomes fertilized, even then, it's not a guarantee.

Not likely: An embryo is the one that implants. You should be sure that it is in fact menstrual flow and not bleeding from other sources including implantation.
