How long does it take for hcg levels to go to 0 after mc and even should i start bleeding because it's been a week and nothing ?

It likely varies.: The HCG likely varies and should eventually go down, but if it is real high, you should see your doctor right away since it can be an ectopic pregnancy, an emergency. Also, you should get an ultrasound and a possible dilation and curettage since there might be tissue there or left over and it would need to be removed.
