See your doctor: There are many possibilities here, although left upper quadrant pain is unusual. Only the pancreas, spleen, large and small bowel are in that vicinity. Might the pain be muscular or due to rib injury? Are there other times that you experience the pain. Have you had any major trauma on left side?
