Check with a doctor: A temperature of 95.3 is not one's internal temperature (it's too low). Sweating "heavily" can be from many things, such as: being out of shape, having an infection, being in a hot or humid room, having a hormone imbalance, getting anxious, having too much insulation (clothing or body fat), etc... A primary care doctor can evaluate and look for possible problems. Blood tests may be needed.
