ER: You are presenting with symptoms of septicemia, which is a blood borne infection, and seizures. These symptoms also caused by drug withdrawal. If you were seen in the ER, blood cultures and a full hematological and metabolic profile, toxicology panel, and empiric treatment for meningitis are indicated IMO. Imaging and stat Neurology consultation EEG, MRI angiography. Good luck to you.
