Maybe: If you have passed everything, have minimal cramping, and more importantly, minimal bleeding, you do not. However, if your bleeding is uncontrollable, you will need a d&c.

Probably not.: If you were truly only 6 weeks and passed all/most of the products of coneption, you should not require d&c. Keep your spirits up - most sexually active women suffer at least one miscarriage. See your gynecologist for any temperature >100f, increasing vaginal bleeding or weakness/dizziness, fainting.
