Miscarriage ?'s : Miscarriage at near "8 w" of pregnancy may not have expelled all placental tissue, which can cause extended bleeding. See your gyn physician for an exam, and he/she may confirm residual placental tissue still in the womb, and recommend a curettage (in office), which will easily remove any remaining tissue.
