Depends on the cause: There are many possible causes of fatigue, so what helps best depends on the cause. If anemic you may need herbs with iron (chickweed), if hypothyroid then sources of iodine (irish moss), if due to infections then herbs to treat infections (for example, papaya seeds help parasites). A common cause is low adrenal function & tonics like ashwagandha & rhodiola often help.May help to see practitioner.
