Sometimes a lot: Due to all the changes a woman experiences with menopause, it is impossible to predict how it will affect sexual desire. Usually A Decrease: Due to the hormonal changes that occur with menopause, there is usually some decrease in sexual desire and activity. However, this is not to say that the sexual aspect of life disappears. You will help to maintain a healthy level of sexual activity by paying attention to your overall health - proper nutrition, good sleep, regular exercise.
