How can i manage a family with a difficult relationship?

Dr. Grace Ho answered

This is tricky: Depending on the situation, sometimes it is hard when all the responsibilities fall on one specific family member. He/she may be burned out by the "difficult relationship" quickly. It would be helpful to have a 3rd party who is not involved to faciliate communication and promote multural understanding among family members. Several family therapy sessions may help.
