See your doctor: Significant add can adversely affect life, work, relationship, parenting, school performance etc...So, if you have significant problems, even if it is not add, i would suggest seeing your doc for an evaluation to see if treatment is appropriate for you. Obviously u are in distress so why not call your doc today? Good luck.
