Shoulder blade?: Am assuming that you are referring to the shoulder blade. Some sources of pain below the shoulder blade include intercostal muscle strains, rib fracture & trigger point. If under the right shoulder blade include choleysystitis. You would need to be evaluated by your physician to determine the actual cause of your pain. Take care.
