BLISTERS ON SCROTUM: Without actually seeing these, they sound like angiokeratomas, harmless lesions that often appear in older men, but can appear at any age. Also known as fordyce's disease, they do not require treatment. They can be removed very easily by a dermatologist. This can be confused with fabry's disease, a somewhat serious disorder. Do see a dermatologist if they bother you.
