Don't cut it open: Why would you want to cut it open? There are two main functions in the testicle. One is to produce sperm and the cells needed for that along with the collection system are all contained in the testicle. The other function is to produce testosterone which is done by another type of cell and collected through another series of tubes. Don't cut it open.

Please don't do that: Please don't do that; any injury to tissues or organs result in permanent undesirable, yet expected, unwanted scar. Cutting it open is a bloody mess, which requires emergent surgery. If your curiosity has been itching and driving you to..., see doc (preferably a psychiatrist) timely. Again, please don't do that.
