Puberty: Boys develop facial, axillary and genital hair when they go through puberty. The timing depends on many factors we don't understand including genetics so typically boys will do what their fathers did. However there seems to be a trend toward earlier puberty these days. We do not know why but i suspect some hormonal influences from the foods we eat or our environment.
