What skills must a 1-year-old child have?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See below: Most one year old children are crawling, pulling to stand, cruising, saying mama and dada, doing imitative behavior, and starting to become independent. They will enjoy peek-a-boo, pat-a-cake, etc. They are also normally waving. However, there is a lot of variability in development. And the whole child's picture needs to be taken into account. Any concerns should be discussed.
