Anti-oxidants: Biofavinoids can exert an anti-iinflammatory effect and a protective effect on tissue damage from both immune and non immune conditions. Quecertin and Curcumin have been studied in animals and laboratory cell cultures. It is suggestive that they can reduce the tissue damage in inflammatory liver diseases, recovery in damaged kidneys and even protective effects of certain Chemotherapy drugs.
