Live right: Don't smoke, get to and stay at normal weight, eat a plant based healthy diet, exercise regularly, drink a little alcohol, have occasional chocolate. Oh, and please be sure to pick the right parents too!

Live healthy: Live healthy with a healthy diet, exercise, see a pcp on a regular basis, don't smoke and monitor your cholesterol. A great deal of damage is done while young, so you can never start too early.
