Depends.......: Depends on the trainer, the facility and the part of the country in which you live. I have seen training as low as $20 per hour and as high as $300 per hour - and i'm sure the range is even larger than that. The key is to get what you need and don't spend more than you can afford. A good pair of shoes and a brisk 22 min walk every day is free (after you buy the shoes).
