What must i do if i have an asthma attack on a plane?

Use rescue med: Use your rescue inhaler, just as you would if you were not on the plane. Let the flight attendant know if you are not getting relief with the inhaler.

Treatment...: You should have your bronchodilator inhaler available so you can take it if you develop an asthma exacerbation on the plane. If you develop worsening symptoms despite using your inhaler, alert the airplane staff as there is medical equipment on the plane. They can also arrange for emergent care on the ground once the plane lands. Asthma can be life-threatening so tell someone stat!
