Frequently exposures: Asthma attacks come after exposure to a "trigger". Reducing contact with them will certainly help with your attack frequency. I know it can be hard to remove them completely, but anything that helps is good. Cover your mattresses, remove rugs (if possible), stay away from animals (dogs and cats mostly) and certainly get tested by your physician.
