FM is widespread pain disorder that begins in body's peripheral soft tissues, whereat mechanical injuries beget inactivity, weaker tissues & repetitive injury from assault of gravitational stress on the body tower. Non-restorative sleep imposed by chronic pain arouses fatigue, lethargy, depression, & confusion (fibrofog); expressions with psychological guise.
