Natural is ideal.: Here is a list of all the therapies, they should be used simultaneously in a “recipe” to get the best healing effect; magnesium glycinate, stretching a foam roller, swimming, yoga, massage, self-trigger point release or acupuncture with your hands or a t-cane.
