What's the centering pregnancy model all about?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Community: It's a method for having group prenatal care. It typically would include 10-15 patients (at approx. The same gestational age), who do a (typically) 2 hour session at each 4 week visit with the doctor and nurse assistant. They check pts blood pressures, weights, baby heartrates as usual. But you get 2 hours of interactive discussion with your doctor, so more time for explanations, questions, etc.
