Yes: There are innocent causes of bleeding like implantation bleeding and sensitive cervix, but there are also serious causes such as placental separation (abruption), placenta previa, and uterine rupture. Any vaginal bleeding needs to be evaluated and explained by a physician and should not be ignored.
